O R D E R

% 27.01.2016 Order impugned before this Court is the order dated 11.01.2011 passed by the learned Additional District Judge who had endorsed the findings returned by the Civil Judge dated 29.09.2009 and the application filed by the petitioner under Order XXXIX Rules 1 & 2 of the CPC had been dismissed. This was in a pending suit for injunction.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in possession of the suit property. This position is disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.

Parties at this stage agree that since the matter is ripe for trial and the evidence is in progress, status quo of the suit property shall be maintained during the pending of the trial.

No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
