Learned Senior Advocate on behalf of the respondent submits that the basis for filing the present Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 was the Letter dated 01.12.2023 threatening the petitioner to terminate the services w.e.f. 01.01.2024 issued by the respondent.

However, without prejudice to the rights of the parties, learned Senior Advocate on behalf of the respondent withdraws the Letter dated 01.12.2023 at this stage.

Learned Senior Advocate on behalf of the petitioner submits that in view of the withdrawal of the Letter dated 01.12.2023 on which the present petition has been filed, is satisfied.
