The hearing has been conducted through video-conferencing 1.

The present petition impugns a demolition order dated 20.04.2023 under Section 343 of the Delhi Municipal Corporation Act, 1957 qua the property of the petitioners bearing no.6/16, Flat No.1, Ground Floor, Roop Nagar, Malka Ganj, Delhi-110007.

Admittedly, the said order is appealable before the ATMCD. 3.

After some hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a statutory appeal before the ATMCD along with an application seeking interim relief. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the appeal before the ATMCD, along with an application seeking interim relief, shall be filed latest within a period of two weeks from today. It is directed accordingly. 5.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
