The petition is for the following reliefs:

"a. directing Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to forthwith withdraw and/or cancel the freezing instructions/orders issued in respect of the Petitioners' bank accounts and consequently direct Respondent No. 4 to defreeze the said bank accounts and remove/lift the lien thereon; b. directing Respondent No. 2 to inform Respondent No. 1/U.O.I. as well as the Petitioners that whether the seizure has been reported to the jurisdictional Magistrate, failing which the lien/freeze may kindly be directed to be lifted;

c. directing the Police to not remove/withdraw the money from the Bank accounts of the Petitioners;"

Since the bank accounts of the petitioners have been defreezed, the substantial grievance of the petitioners stands mitigated. 3.

If the petitioners have any other grievance, they shall be at liberty to take appropriate recourse in accordance with law. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the petition, along with pending applications, stands disposed of.
