The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, against the Order dated 03.07.2025 passed by the learned Debts Recovery Tribunal-II, Delhi [„DRT‟]. 2.

Learned counsel representing the Petitioner, after advancing some arguments, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition, in view of the fact that the miscellaneous application is pending before the learned DRT against the Order passed by the Presiding Officer. 3.
