Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the surgery has already been performed on 25.08.2025 and has been discharged on 27.08.2025.

The Petitioner was advised for removal of stitches in 10 to 12 days. Extension of Bail is sought till 10.09.2025 with an undertaking that no further extension shall be taken on any ground. 4.

In view of the submissions, Interim Bail is extended till 10.09.2025 on which day, he shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent. 5.

It is made clear that no further extension on any ground shall be extended.

The Bail Application stands disposed of.
