% 27.08.2024 W.P.(CRL) 3845/2023 (under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 of CrPC filed by the petitioners) 1.

The Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of CrPC, has been filed on behalf of the petitioners, with the following prayers:- i. To protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and of more than 1500 students studying in the school and provide adequate security to them.

ii. To ensure a peaceful and threat free environment in the school namely Lt. Col. Mehar in order to protect the sanctity of the school and also to save the career of 1500 students which is at stack.

iii. To appoint an Administrator to look after the affairs of the school and to provide a peaceful environment to The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the petitioners so that they can further protect the interest of the students studying in the school.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an appropriate Civil Writ or any other Petition for getting the Administrator appointed and for other relief, which is essentially in civil nature.

The Petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly along with the pending applications.
