Considering that the suit bearing no. CS (OS) 475/2018 (earlier CS (OS) 1344/2002), the transfer of which has been sought in this Transfer Petition from the District Court to this Court, has now been dismissed by a judgment dated 27th January 2025, in the opinion of this Court, the relief sought by this Transfer Petition, is rendered infructuous. 2.

There are two other suits before this Court, with regard to which petitioner sought consolidation being CS(OS) 1306/1999 titled as "Bibi The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Amrit Kaur v Sardar Rajdev Singh & Ors" and CS (OS) 1806/1999 titled as "Smt. Surinder Kaur & Ors v S. Rajdev Singh & Ors"; the aforesaid relief may appropriately be sought before the Roster Bench, which is hearing these suits.

Accordingly, counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to seek the consolidation of the two suits and press the appeal RFA No. 558/2025, which is pending before this Court as well. 4.

Accordingly, petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications are rendered infructuous.

Liberty granted.

The rights and contentions of the respective parties shall remain open to be asserted.
