On 19.02.2026, the following order was passed:- CM APPL. 63257/2025
1. This is an application filed by the applicant seeking amendment of the writ petition. In terms of the averments made in paragraphs no. 4 & 5 of the application, we allow the application.
2. The amended writ petition is taken on record. W.P.(C) 12266/2025 & CM APPL. 49967/2025
3. The issue which arises for consideration, is whether, the petitioner is entitled to one mark against question no.90 which according to the counsel has been rightly answered as „B‟ and, the same shall result in the petitioner getting 91 marks in total.
4. Though, Ms. Arunima Dwivedi would submit that even assuming the petitioner is granted one more mark, the same will not enure to the benefit of the petitioner as the cut off shall change, and others shall also be equally eligible to similar benefit.
5. Let the respondents undertake the exercise in support of their stand and produce the outcome in a sealed cover on the next date of hearing.
6. List on 17.03.2026."

Pursuant to the aforesaid directions, the Respondents have disclosed that the answer to question No. 90 has been corrected to Option „B‟.

Learned counsel representing the Respondents submits that pursuant thereto, the result of the candidates has been revised, however, the Petitioner still remains in the reserved list. She does not find her place in the 22 selected candidates. 4.
Learned counsel representing the Petitioner submits that a copy of the revised result be supplied to him.

Learned counsel representing the Respondents further submits that the revised result will be published on the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) portal, which can be accessed by the Petitioner.

Keeping in view aforesaid position, the Writ Petition, along with the pending application, is disposed of. 7.
Needless to observe that if the Petitioner remains aggrieved by the fresh revised result, she shall be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings, in accordance with law.
