After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the petitioner would be satisfied if the respondents are directed to consider his request for home sector posting in the next chain transfer scheduled in for January 2025. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to this limited request.

In the light of the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to submit to the respondents a representation within six weeks seeking home sector posting in next chain transfer postings The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. scheduled for January 2025, which representation for inter sector transfer in January 2025 will be considered by the respondents as per rules. 5.
