Present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent no. 4/Safdarjung Hospital to reject the bid submitted by the respondent nos. 5 and 6 qua bid document dated 19th December, 2023 ("subject tender") and issue a fresh bid document/ tender with respect to the medical devices mentioned in the said bid document dated 19th December, 2023. A perusal of the paper book reveals that the petitioner has issued a legal notice dated 02nd August, 2024 to the respondent but has not received any response so far.

Accordingly, with the consent of the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent No. 4 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 02nd August, 2024 by way of a reasoned order in accordance with law within ten days. This court clarifies that it has not commented on the merits of the controversy. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
