3. Despite passover, none appears on behalf of the petitioner.

4. From a perusal of the writ petition, we find that the petitioner has approached this Court assailing the order dated 15.06.2024 passed by the respondents under Rule 48(1)(b) of the Central Civil Service (Pension) Rules, 1972, vide which he has been retired from service after rendering thirty years of qualifying service.

Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, submits that the petition, as filed, is premature as the petitioner has still not exhausted the available remedy of making a representation The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. before the Central Government.

6. Even though, none appears for the petitioner, we are of the view that as urged by the learned counsel for the respondents, the writ petition is premature. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the Central Government within a period of four weeks. We further direct that in case, a representation is made by the petitioner within four weeks, the same will be considered and disposed of by the respondent no.1 by passing a reasoned and speaking order as per law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

7. It is further made clear, that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by the respondents, it would be open for him to seek appropriate legal recourse as permissible.

8. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
