The order sheets would indicate that petitioner No.1 has been granted admission in Ramjas Public Senior Secondary School (Day Boarding) whereas, the remaining petitioners have accepted the alternate allotment in S.D. Public School.

Today, the only grievance raised by the petitioners is with respect to the non-confirment of necessary benefits under the extant regulations. 3.
Learned counsel who appears for the respondent-School and learned counsel appearing for the respondent-DoE, jointly submit that there is no reason for non-extension of the benefit in accordance with the extant policy. 4.

If such a grievance is made to the respondent-DoE, let the same be considered in accordance with law. 6.
Liberty to file a fresh petition is also granted. 7.
The petition stands disposed of.
