The petitioner who is serving in the Sashatra Seema Bal [SSB] has approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "Pass an order set aside order dated 08.08.2024 passed by Hon'ble Central Judge Attorney General, FHQ, SSB"

petition before the Director General/respondent no. 1 on 26.08.2024 and will for the present, be satisfied in case, the said respondent is directed to dispose of the same in a time bound manner. Learned counsel for the respondents who appears on advance notice has no objection to this limited request.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing respondent no. 1 to dispose of the petitioner's pending petition dated 26.08.2024 by passing a reasoned and speaking order within a period of six weeks. Since a copy of the said representation has not been annexed with the writ petition, we direct the learned counsel for the petitioner to furnish a copy thereof to the learned counsel for the respondents within two days so that this order can be complied with.

Further, we make it clear that since we are not expressing any opinion on the merits of the rival claims of the parties, in case the petitioner is aggrieved by any order passed by respondent no. 1, it will be open for her to seek legal recourse as permissible in law.
