O R D E R

The present petitions have been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ["Act"], seeking interim reliefs.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties are ad idem that in the present matters, the learned Sole Arbitrator has been appointed to adjudicate the disputes as between the parties. 3.

Learned counsel appearing for the parties would request that the present Petitions under Section 9 of the Act be treated as Applications under Section 17 of the Act, and are accordingly transferred to the learned Arbitrator for the purpose of adjudication. 4.

They would further request that the status quo granted by this Court vide Order dated 10.10.2025, and extended further by Order dated 23.12.2025, may be continued till the said Petitions under Section 9 of the Act are adjudicated upon, as Section 17 Applications, by the learned Sole Arbitrator.

Accordingly, the petitions filed under Section 9 of the Act will be treated as application under Section 17 of the Act, which now shall be considered by the learned Arbitrator, after entering reference, in accordance with law.

Needless to say, till the time the Application under Section 17 of the Act is considered by the learned Arbitrator, the interim orders granted by this Court shall continue.

Accordingly, the present Petitions, along with pending application(s), are disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 8.

A photocopy of the Order passed today be kept in the connected matters.
