Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition filed under section 14(1)(a) and section 15(2) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ("1996 Act"), seeking termination of the mandate of the Sole Arbitrator and appointment of a substitute Arbitrator, with liberty to raise all the issues raised herein at the stage of filing a petition under section 34 of the 1996 Act, if so required.

The petitioner is granted the said liberty.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
