Mr. Pradeep Kumar Jha, learned Senior Panel Counsel appearing on behalf of respondents, on instructions from Dr. P.K. Dass, ADG (DTE), CPIO & GRO, MCC, who has also joined through V.C., submits that petitioner can be considered in Priority-1, however, petitioner had not filled the choices of colleges, therefore, he may give his choice of top five colleges on e-mail I.D : adgme@nic.in and the same shall be considered by respondents, and college will be allotted to him as per his percentile and rank under Priority-1. The statement is taken on record, and the respondents shall remain bound by the same.

In view of the above, no further orders are called for in the present petition.

Needless to say, this arrangement has been worked out by the respondents in the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case.
