The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking quashing of FIR bearing No. 789/2014, registered at Police Station Dabri, Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 380/448/468/47/34 IPC and consequential proceedings emanating therefrom. 2.

Issue notice. Learned APP accepts notice on behalf of the State. 3.

A request for quashing of the FIR has been made on account of the Settlement Deed dated 11.12.2023 inter se the parties. Mr. Baldev Singh, Special Power of Attorney has appeared for Mr. Naresh Kumar. parties. In view of the settlement, the present petition has been filed. 4.

The petitioner and the Special Power of Attorney of the R-2 and respondent No.3 have appeared in person, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned.

Today, the complainant states that they have no objection if the FIR is quashed. The parties endorse the Settlement and state that they shall remain bound by it.

In view of the above facts, whereby the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will and without any coercion , it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. Moreover, there is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question.

Accordingly FIR bearing No. 789/2014, registered at Police Station Dabri, Delhi, for offences punishable under Sections 380/448/468/47/34 IPC and consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 8.

The petition stands disposed of along with the pending Applications.
