This is an Application filed on behalf of the Respondent seeking release of the amount.

Learned Counsel for the parties submits that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and a mediated Settlement Agreement dated 30.07.2025 [hereinafter referred to as "Settlement Agreement"] has been entered into.

Learned Counsel for the parties further submit that in terms of the Settlement Agreement, the amounts that have been deposited with the Registry of this Court may be released to the Respondent/Workman as full and final settlement of all his claims.

This Court has perused the Settlement Agreement. It sets out that the Petitioner undertakes that the amount of Rs. 24,61,250/- along with up to date interest be released in favour of the Respondent/Workman. The Respondent/Workman has agreed that the amount is being released in full The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. and final settlement of all his claims.

Both parties on instructions affirm the settlement. 6.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to release the amounts deposited inclusive of up to date interest in favour of the Respondent/Workman. 7.

The parties agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the settlement agreement.

The Application stands disposed of.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that since the matter between the parties stands settled, no further adjudication in requisite. 10.

The Petition stands disposed of. All pending Applications stand closed. The date already fixed i.e., 10.10.2025 stands cancelled. 11.
