By the present petition, the petitioner prays for a direction to the learned Trial Court to decide on the framing of charges at the earliest, and for a speedy trial in Criminal Case No. 3962/2022, titled State v. Jatin Gulrajani & Ors.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case is now listed before the learned CMM on 03.02.2024. orders as he was promoted, and the matter is now again pending at the stage of arguments on framing of charges.

Keeping in view the above, the learned CMM presently hearing the above case, is requested to expedite hearing the submissions and adjudicate on framing of charges against the petitioner expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months of the first date of listing it after the present order.
