The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No. 202/2018 registered under Sections 323/354 (D)/506/509 IPC at P.S. Sarai Rohilla, District North, Delhi on the ground that the parties have amicably settled their disputes by way of a Compromise Deed dated 30.11.2022. 2.

Learned APP for the State submits that in the present case the petitioner is the only accused persons and respondent No. 2 is the only complainant/victim.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that after ironing out their differences the parties have settled their disputes and subsequent to the FIR, have gotten married on 25.05.2018.

Officer. She states that she has no complaint against her husband/petitioner. She further states that she is giving this statement out of her own free will, volition and without any coercion. She also states that she has no objection if the present FIR and the consequent proceedings are quashed. The gate pass of respondent No.2/complainant is handed over and taken on record. 5.

Learned counsels for the parties submit that no other proceedings are pending between the parties.

The parties shall remain bound by the statements and undertaking made in Court today.

In view of the above facts and since no useful purpose will be served in continuance of the present criminal proceedings, it is directed that the aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed.
