% 25.02.2016 Despite passover, none has appeared for the plaintiff. On the last date before the Joint Registrar, counsel for the plaintiff had stated that he had instructions to withdraw the suit. In fact, a letter dated 20.01.2016 addressed to the Registrar of this Court was placed on record stating that the plaintiff wishes to withdraw the suit. It appears that it is for this reason, there is no appearance on behalf of the plaintiff. Accordingly, the suit is dismissed in default.
