Mr. Shiv Chopra, learned counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners have preferred Criminal M.C No. 3529/2025 against the orders passed by the learned sessions court dated 22.10.2019 by which the complaint was remitted back to the court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate for recording the pre-charge evidence.

Learned counsel for the petitioners states that he has instructions from the petitioners to withdraw the present petition subject to his rights and contentions with regard to Section 209 Cr.P.C being kept reserved. 3.
Learned counsel for respondent no.2 has no objection in case the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the petition subject to the liberty as prayed for.
