This writ petition has been preferred on behalf of the Petitioner seeking a direction to the Respondents to release his notional retirement benefits along with arrears and consequential benefits in accordance with the judgment of the Supreme Court in SLP (C) No.4722/2021 dated 14.03.2024. 4.
