The petitioner has been seeking protection against her parents, who are the respondent No. 4 and 5.

It has been informed that a similar matter in this regard is pending before the Division Bench of this Court bearing No. W.P.(CRL)2453/2024, where the next date is 09.09.2024.

Learned counsel for the respondent upon instruction submits that as per the directions given in the Order dated 13.08.2024 and the investigations are being carried out and the Prosecutrix is at the One Stop Centre and is to be produced today before the learned MM for recording of her statement. In so far as her release is concentred, the same would be according to the Orders of the Competent Authority.

Since the similar matter is pending before the Division Bench of this Court, no further Orders are required to be made in the present case.
