Learned counsel for the parties submit that the present petition has become infructuous as the parties have settled all the disputes inter se themselves by way of a Settlement dated 31.01.2026 and the terms and conditions whereof shall be binding upon both parties. 2.

In terms of Clause 7 of the said Settlement, let the salary of the first party therein be detached as a lump sum payment in terms of the said Settlement has already been made.
