This petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No. 486/2023 dated 18th November 2023 registered under Sections 354/354(A)/354(D)/509 IPC and Sections 8/12 POCSO Act at Police Station Amar Colony. 2.

Pursuant to previous order dated 3rd September 2024, Ms. Snigdha Sood, Adv. (DHCLSC) who was appointed as the counsel for the respondent no.2/ prosecutrix states on instructions that prosecutrix has no objection to quashing of the FIR considering that she had filed complaint on instigation by Deepak Pandit, in circumstances as noted in order dated 3rd September 2024. Her complaint against Deepak Pandit has now been registered as FIR No. 242/2024 under Section 354 IPC and Section 12 POCSO.
