By filing the present revision petition, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 24th November, 2016 whereby the eviction petition filed by the respondents herein under Section 14(1)(e) of Delhi Rent Control Act has been allowed by the learned ARC.

Vide order dated 27th March, 2017 limited notice was issued to respondents in view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner before the Court to the effect that if some reasonable time is granted to the petitioner, he would like to settle the matter with the respondents.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner intends to vacate the suit property and does not want to press this revision petition, hence he may be permitted to withdraw the instant RC.REV. 138/2017

revision petition.

Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. CM No.11908/2017 Dismissed as infructuous.
