Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that his unauthorised leaves were regularised without pay and despite this, the Disciplinary Authority took action and terminated his services. 2.
Relevantly, the aforesaid aspect was neither raised by the appellant before the learned Tribunal nor has been discussed in the impugned order. Even today, the appellant has not produced any document/order to show that his unauthorised leaves were regularised.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal, with liberty to take appropriate steps before the learned Single Judge.

The present appeal is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
