The Bail Application under Section 439 read with Section 482 CrPC has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for extension of interim bail for six weeks.

It is submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 20.02.2023 and had been granted interim bail for a period of four weeks on 08.08.2024 on account of impending surgery of his mother. However, now the surgery has been fixed for 24.09.2024. Hence, the extension is sought for six weeks. 5.

After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file afresh depending upon the date of surgery of his mother being finalized. 8.
The Petition is permitted to be withdrawn.
