This is a petition seeking extension of the mandate of Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of 9 months w.e.f. October 2023. 2.
Issue notice. Mr. Jain, learned counsel for the respondent accepts notice and states that the petitioner must be put to cost, as the petitioner has delayed conclusion of the arbitration.

Subject to the petitioner paying a cost of ₹ 20,000/- to the learned counsel for the respondent within 4 weeks from today, the mandate of the Arbitrator Tribunal is extended for a further period of 9 months. 4.
The Arbitrator shall ensure that no unnecessary adjournments are given to either of the parties.
