The present application is filed seeking regular bail in FIR No.483/2015 dated 22.05.2015, registered at Police Station Kalyanpuri, for offence under Section 302/307/323/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

The bail application filed by the applicant was dismissed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (ASJ) by order dated 23.11.2023. The learned ASJ had directed that the proceedings be carried out expeditiously.

It is not disputed that the applicant was arrested way back on 23.05.2015 and the trial has still not concluded. 6.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State submits that around seven witnesses still remain to be examined. In view of the above, the applicant is granted liberty to file afresh bail application before the learned ASJ, and as and when any such application is filed, the learned ASJ is requested to consider the same on merits.
