After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner states that he does not want to press the present petition and he may be given liberty to move appropriate application before the learned Trial Court seeking waiver of cost of Rs. 20,000/- which was imposed upon him when the application under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC was dismissed. 2.
He also states that since while considering any such application moved under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC, the concerned Court is, merely, required to confine itself to the averments made in the plaint, he may be given liberty to agitate all other contentions before the learned Trial Court at the time of final arguments.
