The petitioner is seeking modification of order dated 14th August, 2024 passed by Judicial Magistrate First Class, Mahila Court-02, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi. The Registry has already pointed out objection regarding maintainability of the present petition as the petitioner wants it to be registered as Civil Miscellaneous Main (CM(M)).

After hearing the arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that let this petition be re-registered as Criminal Miscellaneous Case (Crl.M.C.).

Accordingly, at her request, let the present petition be re-registered as Crl.M.C. and subject to the order of Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice, be placed before the Roster Bench on 5th September, 2024.
