The present petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the order dated 30th May, 2024 passed by the learned Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already challenged the judgment dated 23rd December, 2025 passed by the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi in PPA No. 06/2022, titled as 'Ram Nath Jain & Ors. vs. Land and Development Office & Anr.', which is pending before the Co-ordinate Bench of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Amit Sharma.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the present petition assails the order dated 30th May, 2024, whereby the application of the The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. petitioners filed under Order I Rule 10 CPC was dismissed in PPA No. 06/2022.

It is submitted that since the matter has already been finally decided, and, therefore, the petitioners do not wish to press the present petition, against the impugned order as it has been passed during the pendency of the PPA No. 06/2022. It is further submitted that liberty be granted to the petitioners to move an appropriate application before the Co-ordinate Bench of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Amit Sharma.

Keeping in view of the aforesaid submissions, the present petition, i.e., CM(M) 3333/2024 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for, in accordance with law. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 7.

The next date already fixed i.e., 26th February, 2026 stands cancelled.
