Mr. N.K. Mishra, learned counsel appears from the side of respondent and submits that reply has already been filed. 2.

It is also informed that execution with respect to the order in question, whereby petitioner had been granted maintenance, is slated for further consideration before the learned Family Court on 15th instant. 3.

When asked, Mr. N.K. Mishra submits that there would be full co-operation from respondent in relation to the aforesaid execution proceedings.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that on the basis of aforesaid assurance, at the moment, petitioner does not press her present contempt petition but in case there is any attempt to delay the execution petition and if there is any instance of non-cooperation on the part of respondent/counsel for respondent with respect to the aforesaid execution petition, petitioner may be permitted to revive the proceedings.

In view of the above, present contempt petition is disposed of as not pressed.

Keeping in mind the fact that aspect of maintenance is involved, learned Family Court is requested to dispose of the aforesaid execution petition as expeditiously as possible.

All the rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 9.
