This petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:

"It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that your Lordships may graciously be pleased to grant the Petitioner suitable order or orders or directions or writ more than one in nature including Certiorari and Mandamus against the Respondent and that:- (i) This Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the Respondents to amend the Recruitment rules for prescribing LDCE as mode of recruitment for the post of Assistant SubInspector (Ministerial) in ITBP at par with CRPF; and (ii) This Hon'ble Court may further be pleased to direct the Respondents to prepare a charter of scope of duties of ministerial cadre personnel of ITBP; and/or, (iii) To hear and decide the representation dated 30.06.2022 by way of a speaking order in a time bound manner; and (iv) Pass such other or further order or orders as this Hon'ble The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Court may feel deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that as their prayer also includes for disposal of the representation dated June 30, 2022, the same be granted to by this Court.

Mr. Mukul Singh, learned CGSC appearing for the respondents would submit that if the Court directs for the disposal of the representation, the same shall be acted upon.

If that be so, as the issue raised by the petitioners need to be considered by the respondents, appropriate shall be for the respondents to consider this petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioners and dispose of the same within a period of twelve weeks from today. 5.

With the above, the petition is disposed of.
