CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE GIRISH KATHPALIA

O R D E R

% 01.10.2024 [Physical Hearing/Hybrid Hearing (as per request)] 1.

In furtherance of last order, it is contended by learned counsel for respondent no.1 that merely by issuing appointment letters, order dated 29.05.2024 is not being violated since the issuance of appointment letters does not impact the present petitioners and in any case, application for vacation of stay has been filed and reply to the same has already been filed. Learned counsel for petitioners expresses apprehension that in view of fresh appointments, the present petitioners would be thrown out of job. 2.

In these circumstances, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition, in case a cause of action arises.

3.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
