The suit property is situated at Majilis Park, Delhi, which falls in North Judicial District.

In view of notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the CS(OS) 606/2005 stands transferred to North District, Rohini Court. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge, North District, Rohini Court Complex, Delhi on 15.12.2016 at 10.00 a.m. Put up the matter alongwith connected cross suit CS(OS) 526/2008.

IA is accordingly disposed of.
