After some arguments, learned counsel for petitioners wishes to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the DRAT along with an application for condonation of delay. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent-Financial Institution states that the Financial Institution has already taken possession of the secured assets on 03rd January, 2024.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present writ petition and applications are disposed of with the aforesaid liberty. However, this Court clarifies that it has not commented on the merits of the controversy. The rights and contentions of all the parties are left open.
