O R D E R

% 21.03.2016 This is an application under Section 438 Cr.PC moved by the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.2350/2015 under Section 354/342/376/356/379/34 IPC registered with Police Station Shakarpur, Delhi. Status report has been filed by the State.

It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that co-accused Rinku @ Rajesh Singh has already been granted anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court. There is no allegation of rape against the petitioner and he is ready to join investigation as and when required.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State, however, submits that the allegations are specific and the petitioner should not be released on bail. It is, however, not disputed that the role assigned to this accused is similar to that of Rinku @ Rajesh Singh who has been released on bail. That being so, it is ordered that in the event of his arrest:- (i) Petitioner be admitted to bail on her executing personal bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned I.O./SHO. (ii) He shall join the investigation as and when called for by the I.O.

(iii) He shall furnish his address as well as his contact number to the Investigating Officer.

(iv) He shall not threaten or coerce complainant or any prosecution witness. The application is accordingly disposed of.
