By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No.433/2023 registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/506/34 IPC at P.S. Mohan Garden, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has extensively argued the matter and stated that the allegations alleged in the FIR are false as well as the ingredients of the offence levelled are not made out and in particular, he refers to the decisions in Vikram Johar v. State of Uttar Pradesh and Another, reported as (2019) 14 SCC 207; Kanshi Ram v. State, MANU/DE/0566/2000; and Amitabh Adhar and Others v. NCT of Delhi & Others, MANU/DE/1042/2000 to submit that in her statement, the complainant states that she was alarmed to such an extent that the ingredients of offence under Section 506 IPC are fulfilled. He has also drawn the attention of the Court to the statement of father of the complainant wherein he has stated that it was a misunderstanding. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states, upon instructions, that he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all such contentions at the appropriate stage. 4.
