Petitioner has filed present Habeas Corpus petition seeking direction to produce her daughter before the Court who is allegedly in the illegal custody of respondent Nos. 4 to 6. Respondent No. 4 happens to be one Shri Jitender.

Status report has been filed and the said daughter of the petitioner has also been produced who is reportedly 22 years of age. She has already made a statement before the police that she had gone with her friend i.e. respondent No. 4 of her own will and that she did not want to go back to her husband or her in-laws and only wanted to stay with respondent No. 4. 3.
As per status report, her husband, who had also lodged a missing report about his wife, has also now prayed that his such complaint may be closed.

Since, she is major, she is at full liberty to go wherever she wants. Even before this Court, she has reiterated the same. There is nothing to indicate any kind of wrongful or illegal detention either. 5.
In view of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
