Mr. Vishal Gohri, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, states that matter has been amicably settled with respondent No. 2 before, "Samadhan", Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, and therefore, in terms of settlement, parties would be filing an application before the learned trial Court for compounding of offences qua the present petitioner.

In view of the same, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
