This application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. on behalf of Applicant Nirdosh Kumar S/o Sh. Bala Prasad, seeking grant of regular bail in case FIR No. 412/2023 dated 11.07.2023 registered under Sections 498A/306/354/34 IPC at PS: Bindapur.

At the outset, learned APP states that the matter before the Trial Court is at the crucial stage of arguments on charge. 3.
Learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present application to approach the Court after the order on charge but with a prayer that the Trial Court be directed to hear arguments on charge on the next date and not adjourn the matter, as for last few dates the matter is being adjourned unnecessarily. Liberty is also sought to approach the Sessions Court after the order on charge is passed.
