The present application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail in FIR No. 172/2019 dated 30.05.2019, under Sections 302/307/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Jyoti Nagar. 4.

The Court is informed that more than seven witnesses have already been examined and evidence is likely to get over in the period of next four to six months.

In view of the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present application at this stage.
