The parties have settled their disputes vide Settlement Agreement dated 27th December, 2024 (hereinafter the 'Settlement Agreement'). 1.1.

A copy of the same has been handed over in Court. 1.2.

For the purpose of good order and record, the Registry will scan a copy of the Settlement Agreement so that it remains embedded in the case file. 2.

I have perused the terms of the Settlement Agreement and do not find anything unlawful therein.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms of the Settlement Agreement. 4.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) of the plaint. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of the decree. 5.

In terms of the settlement agreement, the defendants have given their no objection to reliefs sought in prayers (f), (g) and (h) of the plaint, which already stand satisfied.

Let the decree sheet be drawn up.
