Petitioners had filed a suit for recovery and had challenged one order whereby the delay in filing written statement had been condoned. 3.

Fact remains that, it has been informed that since the suit, as such, has now been decreed by the learned Trial Court, the grievance of the petitioners does not survive anymore.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
