% 22.12.2015 It is submitted that suit is valued at `21 lacs for the purposes of pecuniary jurisdiction. It is further submitted that present suit has to be transferred to the District Court in view of the notification no.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that suit may be transferred to the District Judge (South East District), Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi. Ordered accordingly. Parties shall appear before the District Judge (South East District), Saket Courts Complex, New Delhi on 21st January, 2016. File be transferred by the Registry to the transferee court forthwith.
