Keeping in view the fact that the underlying writ petition is listed before the learned Single Judge on 09th September, 2024, which is only five days away, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondent states that the direction given by the learned Single Judge in the impugned order shall be complied in the time-frame stipulated.

This Court has no doubt that the learned Single Judge shall decide the interim arrangement as expeditiously as possible, preferably on the next date of hearing itself.
